Ole specialises in Design Thinking, Innovation Management, Business Model Innovation, and Tech. Transformation. For more than 12 years, he has been delivering governance, analyses, capabilities and innovations for "those who lead your transformation and innovation". Ole combines hard data and creative design to create data-driven, sustainable and disruptive solutions.
Ole holds a PhD in Design Thinking and Disruptive Innovation from DTU and Stanford University, and he is a highly experienced business designer, entrepreneur and educator. Also, he is the founder of Ampersand.

Robert specialises in developing visual communication through illustration, graphics and digital interfaces. As a UX & CX designer he is focused on making engaging user interfaces and superior end-to-end customer experience by involving users throughout the development process. With a background in illustration and digital design, Robert is focused on seamless storytelling and visualisation to make complexity understandable and creative. Robert has a master in digital design and communication from ITU, and a Ba. in illustration.

Klaus specialises in open innovation ecosystems, collaboration between established organisations and start-ups, and technology scouting. Since 2013, he has been partnering international organisations e.g. investment banks, tech companies and accelerators with players from the Silicon Valley ecosystem. Klaus relentlessly spreads best practices for ecosystem collaboration, to ensure high-value partnerships with measurable outcomes. Erik specialises in Service, Product, and Business Model Innovation and how to integrate and manage these in an organisation. For more than 15 years Erik has trained, facilitated, provoked and lead “those who do innovation”. Erik combines theory, practice, and humour to move organisations. Erik uses innovation standards, board games, hands on tools, design sprints etc. to fit the need. Erik holds a PhD in Employee Driven Innovation from DTU, a MMT/MBA and is a highly experienced innovation whip; pushing the team and organisation to forge ahead.

Nadika specialises in Evaluation and Innovation Management. One of her core competences is to evaluate innovative activities with focus on performance. She has a broad experience working with qualitative and quantitative data, making internal and external evaluations. Nadika holds a PhD in Innovation and Product Design from Southern University of Denmark and has a master’s in social science from Aarhus University.
